Meet Our Team
Dr. Luigi Di Battista is an accomplished orthodontist with 24 years of experience in his field. In 1987 Dr. Di Battista obtained a Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) degree from Concordia University. He then continued his training in Cleveland, Ohio, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Case Western Reserve University in 1991. From 1991 to 1992, he pursued his general practice residency at St. Luke’s Hospital. In 1994 Dr. Di Battista obtained a Master of Dental Science (Orthodontics) from Case Western Reserve University.
In May of 1997 he decided it was time for him to branch out on his own. Dr. Di Battista opened his private practice as an orthodontist in Montreal. Throughout the years he has become a very well-respected orthodontist.
Today Dr. Di Battista is actively involved in various professional associations. He is member and past president of the Quebec Orthodontic Association. He is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists, and the Canadian Association of Orthodontists.

In 2019, after seven years of study, Dr. Lara Muller earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Strasbourg, France. She graduated with “Very Honorable” mention and the “Congratulations of the Jury,” the university’s highest distinction. In 2020, she supplemented this degree with a Certificate of Higher Studies in Periodontology, finishing at the top of her class.
Her strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail led to a keen interest in orthodontics. Wishing to pursue one of the world’s premier training programs in this field, she crossed the Atlantic in 2021 to join the University of Montreal. There, she was accepted on her very first application into the highly competitive orthodontic specialization program.
Following a three-year full-time residency, Dr. Muller completed her training and finalized a research project on the effects of rapid palatal expansion in patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis, earning her a Master’s in Dental Medicine (M.Sc.). Upon completing her curriculum, she successfully passed the examinations of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. This excellence in training earned her the title of Specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, as well as a Fellowship in Orthodontics (FRCDC) in 2024.
Specializing in all types of treatments for children, adolescents, and adults, Dr. Muller is trained in the latest technologies. She is dedicated to providing every patient with personalized follow-up and state-of-the-art care throughout their orthodontic journey.
